One of the methods to deal with with a depression is thinking about a career shift. Not too many people like the idea of changing careers during a downturn. However, if you have already felt the consequence of slump – say you’ve been laid off already, why not give a different job path a chance, right? It might not have crossed your mind to prioritize career security when selecting a job. However, whether you are selecting your first job or making a switch, it can be helpful to do so now, especially during our present economic situation.
